We are looking a Guest Service Agent for our Front Desk with a Minimum 1 year experience in position, preferably in luxury property, responsibilities include checking in and checking out guests, handling guest concerns, taking reservation changes, additions and cancellations, as well as basic accounting for guest folios. Must be able to multi task and handle guest complaints. Excellent computer skills and communication skills required. Flexible Schedule required from 7am to 3:30pm and 3pm to 11:30pm.
