We are recruiting a Bartender for Bar Boulud

Job Description:

To assist the Head/Assistant Sommelier in order to ensure professional, efficient and accurate service of all types of beverage in order to completely satisfy our guests during their meal experience and to perform responsibilities in the absence of  the Head/Assistant Sommelier to ensure consistent delivery of service

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a high volume food and beverage department/outlet;
  • Is able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external guests;
  • Who is passionate about exceeding guest expectations;
  • Excellent (inter)personal, communication and presentation skills are required;
  • Hard working, able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure;
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team;
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings and weekends;
  • Hospitable, customer oriented, willing to learn.
  • Speak, read and communicate in a good level of English.
  • Must be of smart appearance with excellent personal hygiene standards.
