We are recruiting a Commis de Rang for Bar Boulud

Job Description:

To assist the Chef de Rang in providing an efficient and courteous service of food and beverage to restaurant guests. 

You will be required to ensure all guests expectations are met during the restaurant experience and providing amazing hospitality to our guests.

You will be expected to communicate with the chefs and other team members and assist the Chef de Rangs with the management of their section ensuring all standards are met with attention to detail.

Job Requirements:

  • Fine Dining knowledge and experience is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Hospitable, customer oriented, willing to learn.
  • Able to work on own initiative.
  • Speak, read and communicate in a good level of English.
  • Must be of smart appearance with excellent personal hygiene standards.
